Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a WinLucky account, logging in, or using any service or feature on the WinLucky platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use WinLucky services. Continued use after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. WinLucky recommends checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Eligibility

To use WinLucky, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines and are permitted by applicable local law to use online gaming services.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by WinLucky or a recognised gaming authority.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a WinLucky employee, contractor, or immediate family member of such a person where prohibited by internal policy.

WinLucky reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. This is done to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform.

Account Registration and Security

You may open only one WinLucky account per person. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate closure without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WinLucky login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time passcode with any third party. WinLucky will never ask for your password through email or chat. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have notified WinLucky of unauthorised access promptly.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services.
• Enable any additional security options available in your WinLucky account settings.
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session.
• Contact WinLucky support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

WinLucky accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. Any attempt to do so is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent closure of the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All WinLucky account balances are held in Philippine pesos. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment channels currently displayed in your account area, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and bank cards such as Visa and Mastercard via BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating institutions.

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. WinLucky does not accept third-party deposits. Using a payment source that does not belong to you may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating method where possible.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the payment section of your WinLucky account and are subject to change.
• WinLucky processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment channel and may be subject to security checks.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending identity verification, responsible gaming review, or investigation of suspected policy violations.
• WinLucky does not charge members a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, although third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Funds in a WinLucky account may not earn interest. Account balances are not protected by any government deposit insurance scheme.

Bonuses and Promotions

WinLucky may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to eligible members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. The following general rules apply to all WinLucky promotions unless the specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms.
• A wagering or playthrough requirement must typically be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used once per member, household, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple entries.
• WinLucky reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or withhold winnings derived from a bonus if it believes that the offer has been exploited, misused, or claimed in breach of the terms.
• Promotions have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds or free bets that expire are forfeited without compensation.

If you are unsure whether a WinLucky promotion applies to you, contact support before opting in rather than assuming eligibility. An incorrect claim submitted in good faith may still be voided if the eligibility conditions are not met.

Game Rules and Betting

Each game category on WinLucky, including sports betting, casino games, Tongits, Sabong, virtual sports, and fishing games, is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the relevant game or betting section. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. WinLucky will not reverse a bet solely because a member changed their mind.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round or betting transaction, WinLucky will investigate and apply the result that most accurately reflects the intended transaction based on available records.
• Obvious errors in published odds will be corrected before settlement. Bets placed at a clearly incorrect odd may be voided or resettled at the correct rate.
• WinLucky reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any bet or game round where fraud, match manipulation, or other irregularities are suspected.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are stated in the relevant game or betting interface and may change without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the WinLucky platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of WinLucky.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in card games, betting markets, or any other game.
• Using a WinLucky account to launder money or process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including under different names or payment methods.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or verification documents.

Intellectual Property

All content on the WinLucky platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, and audio, is owned by or licensed to WinLucky. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any WinLucky content without prior written permission. Your WinLucky account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

WinLucky provides its services on an as-available basis. While we work to maintain uptime and accurate information, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• WinLucky is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
• WinLucky is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from use of the platform.
• WinLucky's total liability to any member in connection with a specific event shall not exceed the amount deposited for that session.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

WinLucky collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at /privacy-policy. By using WinLucky, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Responsible Gaming

• A self-exclusion request is received from the member or a recognised authority.
• A member fails to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Continued account operation would expose WinLucky to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

If a member's account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verifiable real-money balance not derived from disputed or voided transactions will be returned through the member's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to verification.

Amendments to These Terms

WinLucky may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be announced through the platform or by email to registered members where practicable. The updated terms take effect on the date of publication. Continued use of WinLucky after that date constitutes acceptance. Members who do not accept revised terms should close their accounts before the effective date and contact support regarding any outstanding balance.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Philippine law. In the event of a dispute between a member and WinLucky, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with WinLucky support. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the process described in the relevant regulatory framework applicable to WinLucky's operations. Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
